DELIVERY
New Zealand
For most orders we use New Zealand Couriers and your item(s) will normally arrive the next day. On larger orders to the South Island where our customers specify that an item isn't urgent then we may occasionally use Parcel Post or another courier service which may take up to three days. We always insist on a signature upon delivery.
International (outside New Zealand)
For international orders (outside New Zealand) our preferred delivery method is New Zealand Post. We always insist upon signed for delivery methods. Claims for loss or damage should be made immediately on the carrier delivering the goods.
